This mural is at Angell Fireman’s Park in Sun Prairie, WI – the home of the Sun Prairie Corn Festival. It covers all 4 sides of the building. It was painted by SOAR (School of Alternative Resources) high school students and community members. It was funded by the Sun Prairie Youth and Family Commission and by United Way’s “By Youth for Youth” program.

This mural is at Center for Families in Madison, WI. It was painted by middle school students in the UW Office of Educational Opportunities Technology and Arts program.
These murals are on the studio at the Williamson Street Art Center in Madison, WI. They cover all 4 sides of the building and were painted by students during 2 summer camps. The students – mainly middle school students – ranged in age from 7 – 60. During the third summer camp, Students painted a panel that is mounted in the garden.
Soft sculpture figures were made by 2 classes at Eagle School in Madison, WI. The workshop was sponsored by an Eagle School parent.
This project was a collaboration between the Williamson Street Art Center and the Respite Center. It was designed to further the mission of the Respite Center – a crisis center for kids in Madison, WI. It was conducted at the Overture Center for the Arts by volunteers and was funded by the Respite Center.
This mural is at Prairie View Middle School in Sun Prairie, WI. It was painted by English as a Second Language students. The ESL teacher found funding for the mural through United Way’s “By Youth for Youth” program.
This mural at Tomahawk Elementary School in Tomahawk, WI was painted by students, teachers and parents. It was funded by the parent teacher group.
During this artist-in-residency at Forest Glenn Elementary School in Howard-Suamico, WI, K-3 graders made soft sculptures and 4th & 5th graders made found art figures. The residency was funded by the parent-teacher group.
During this artist-in-residency at Lowell Elementary School in Madison, WI, K-3 students each made 2 soft sculptures – one to keep and one to leave at the school. Fourth and fifth graders made found art sculptures for the school library.
These murals are at the Atwood Youth Center in Madison,WI. They were painted by middle school students in UW Office of Educational Opportunities Technology and the Arts & College for Kids programs along with community members and children attending the summer camp and day care programs.
